Thirteen looks at Cali, Valle del Cauca and their conflicts. These documentaries made by the Universidad del Valle's Social Communication School, supported by UVTV, propose narratives that go against the official narratives about who we are as city and region. The series won the 2017 India Catalina Award "Special Mention - Best New Creator".
